"cardio"

4 minutes 30 seconds on/30 seconds rest of the following:
Row
Burpees
Ali Shuffle
Wall Ball (20#, 10 foot target)
20" box jumps

Rest 1 minute between rounds

complete 4 minutes of rowing before moving on to the next exercise. Keep track of #'s per round, lowest is your score/ex. With rowing use total meters traveled.
